Story Summary:
In the distant future on Earth, lab-grown, alien-like creatures are mass-produced, and most are treated as appliances and not seen as citizens. This story focuses on a particular character named Electri (Latin for "amber") who goes on an adventure to gain freedom and figure out where she and the rest of her kind came from. She befriends 3 unlikely characters that join her on her journey. Electri at first wants to just save herself, but then goes on to save others, realizing that she can't achieve it alone.
